Formation and development
C1 Group was founded in April 2002 in Hamburg and has grown continuously since then.
Despite the difficult business climate, C1 Group's performance so far has been extremely positive. Revenues have exceeded 25 million Euros in the shortened fiscal year 2002, and reached 200 million Euros in 2011. From day one, the group recorded a net profit. As of 31 December 2011, more than 1200 people work for the group.
Continued growth expected
For 2012, we expect further growth in terms of revenue, profit and employees. We especially anticipate an increase due to our activities focused on industry, trade & logistics and Enterprise Resource Management. In addition, we plan to integrate further companies into C1 Group, generating additional growth.
